We operate a win-win policy, this means that we will never sell you more than you need.
We don't want you wasting money on services you don't need, any more than you do.
And we will only ever charge what we quote. We list all our prices as clearly as possible, and let you know what you are going to pay before work begins. If we find something that hasn't been discovered on appraisal, then we will phone you -- you are in full control. There are no hidden costs or surcharges tacked on at the end.
If our customers are happy, they come back again and that makes us happy, everybody wins, this is our aim.

It is well known that the female gender hate walking into male dominated work places alone, especially when it's anything to do with cars. I am a female and I particularly worry that, because I am not perhaps up to speed on such car matters that the 'men' in the shop/garage will be aware of this and try to fob me off with all sorts of reasons as to why I need this done and that done.
I can categorically state and from a women's point of view that all of the staff at New Again conduct themselves professionally and act in a gentleman like manner with the 'ladies' and do not try to fob anybody off with anything.
I hope these two paragraphs help some ladies out there that like me, chauffeur around children who don't seem to understand the sentences 'don't eat in the car I've just hoovered it' and 'don't put your fingers on the paint work I've just washed it'! With this advanced car care centre just a car ride away you no longer need to worry about cleaning up the kids mess, when New Again can do it for you!"

Rang on Tuesday and wrongly needed Bronze clean by Thursday morning. Arranged appointment for Wednesday PM. On arrival after discussing exact requirement a Silver package was recommended, which more adequately catered for requirements. Also needed to keep vehicle until Thursday AM to do job correctly. On arrival Thursday AM vehicle looked superb and all aspects required had been undertaken.
Very satisfied with the service throughout and would recommend to friends."
