"When my husband and I came to visit your company in Chelmsford (last Tuesday) we were swiftly impressed with the kind reception and friendly explanation we received from your Staff. We were quickly ensured that the wheel paint job of the inside of the polished aluminum wheels of our new Corvette C6 would be taken care of with the best possible attention. It could mean a major visual improvement on "the look" of the car. Indeed, after 6 hours of work by two men, we received the car back with shining black insides of the wheels.

This weekend we examined it in detail, in daylight, and observed a job perfectly done. The brakedust., which normally settles during a one working-week period, now flows easily from the surface with a gentle spraying of a standard gardenhose. At the US car shows, where we won last year the UK Nationals, we intend now to promote your company (if you approve) in order that other car lovers can avoid this brakedust problem, which really forces them in cleaning a lot.

That you offer a 16-ounce steak meal in a nearby local inn for customers outside Essex was a surprise too. By the way, the steaks were excellent indeed. Thank you."

I has a voucher valued at £15 to use in the nearby pub set in a beautiful location, I could have ordered steak but I opted for the breakfast.
