Note: Although we tried several different products we were unable to get the seat belt straps clean. I'm fraid that it is sometimes the case with cream or light grey seat bets that they don't come clean although a improvement can often be made.

"I cannot say anything to help you improve your service. I bought a second hand Vauxhal Vectra which I don't think had ever been cleaned on the inside, all the seats and interior were badly stained. The interior colour is a light colour. Mark was very helpful and told me what he could do to clean it for me.

When I picked the vehicle up I was very pleased with the job he did. 99% of the stains had come out.

Note: I'm sorry for any confusion caused. It is very unusual for somebody to request parts of the exterior to be cleaned when having an interior valet. While Sean said it could not be done, Mark agreed to do the items as extras, this accounts for the difference in quotation. The extra work caused us to over run by a few minutes, I'm sorry for any inconvienence but glad you were happy with the end result.

"After having been valeted and had Supagard paint sealant applied, my car looks superb - and I thought it looked pretty clean when I took it in!
I found everyone pleasent to deal with and obvuiosly serious abot what they do. Customer service is also excellent. I appreciate getting a reminder phone call te day before, and it was very fair not to charge anything for fixing a couple of stone chips in the window because they were not as good as expected (not as good as you expected - I wouldn't have known the difference).
Also I was glad pointed out things that might need attention at some pointm but without any pressue whatsoever.

So you obviously want happy customers who will recommend you and come back. Well, it's a 2-hour round trip for me, but I definitely intend to use your services again. "
