3. When to Sell my car

   When those frosty winter mornings arrive and the car won't start, or the heater won't work, that's when many people decide they need a new car. But winter is a bad time to try and sell a car, not least because so many people are trying to sell. And few people want to go and look at cars in wind, rain and snow! It's also worth remembering that around Christmas time, many people are spending their money on other things.

   The Spring through to Autumn is the best time to sell, although it can be harder to sell during the holiday season. It's also best to avoid trying to sell when new registration plates are released as the market will be flooded with cars which have been traded in for newer models.

   There are other factors which may be specific to your model, convertible cars are easy to sell in the summer, not so easy in the winter.
