A scratch which is over 3cm, on a rear quater panel. This incurred a recharge of £85+vat -- these days you would be more likely to be charged for the cost of the panel which is £205+vat at current prices. We think the majority of this scrach was shallow enough to buff out making it smaller than the 2.5cm allowed, the rest could have been touched in.
