Im not sure how long the offer is on. Maybe you could wait till the offers on again. I wouldn't suggest you have it down till you have enough money. If we was to realise that it did need re colouring, then it could prove difficult.

First of all thank you for the response via emaill and the phone call. You have been very helpful, I will like to go ahead with the service, however I have a tight budget. I can pay £150.00 for the machine clean and to have the hood weather proofed. If we can agree to that price then I will like to get the car booked in at the earliest date available.

Looking at the picture it does look a little harsh. You might try asking them for more pictures. Sometimes lease companies hold better pictures so they have better case in an argument.

Ok, you are too far away for us. You could post them to us if you wanted, but I think you would be wie to see if you can find a good company in your area.
You wheels have a diomond cut face, so you may want to send them to Alloy Art. They will be able to finish them them the same as they are now. Or you may want to have a look at this page.

Andrew booked the car in for the dashboard repair and has been to New Again today.
After having a discussion with Andrew about the car, he explianed that an overal improvement was all he was looking for. As you can see form the finished photos we managed to better the damaged dashboard, there was a option available to improve the damage further but it ment replacing parts of the dash and doubling cost.
Andrew was happy with the end result and the likelihood is he will live with it for while and go for the better option when it comes to selling the car in the future.

after watching the videos i dont think thats possible because the buggers that done my car done both sides and from rear quater to the front wing so its not a small area. so in your exsperience what would be my best finish for this instance and a rough cost of the job just wana get a rough idea theres 1 really good car body shop on the island but i dont wana go in there not noing a rough cost if you see what ime saying thanks again thow

I am interested with going ahead with the service you have outline in your response. As for being able to get rid of the marks, hopefully as you said they will come off with the machine clean. If not then I imagine recolouring is an option. Can you please break down the cost for me.
1. how much is it for machine clean and reproofing the hood?
2. how much does it cost to have the hood recoloured?
3. I am based in Aylesbury, Bucks is there any firm closer to me that can offer me the service you do?
