Question 1603
I live in Manchester and I have kerbed 2 of my alloy wheels. They are black with a polished lip and it looks like there is moisture getting underneath on some bits, so I would like to know if there is anything that can be done to restore it to it's original shine. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thankyou. Model: Alfa Romeo 156

You will need to go to a specialist who will re polish that rim and then lacquer the rim again.
The problem with that finish is the lacquer doesn't stick very well and then moister gets under it. You could use a wheel protector and do it regularly that would help or have them all done in a different finish.
If you look at the links at the bottom of this page you may find theres a Lepsons near you.
