"Damage?
What damage?"
If your drivers are asked to look over their own vehicles, they won't want to find any damage, so invariably they won't. It's like asking a child to find their pyjamas at bedtime - they won't be looking very hard. Even if they do, how are they supposed to check a car when they are not trained in inspections, don't know where to look or what to look for. Even if they do find areas of damage, chances are they will give themselves the benifit-of-doubt, and decide it is fair when it may not be. After all, much of the damage they are likely to find will look fairly slight and be a common sight on cars of that age. They may even be blind to damage they feel isn't their fault.
Little wonder your drivers get angry. They think they are in the clear until you pass the bill on to them, unfortunately this often means they are getting angry at you!
Our lease return service ensures that cars are properly checked and that your drivers know about damage before your lease company does, giving them plenty of time to address it using the most cost effective method.
The secret to our system is in the proper detailed cleaning of the car.

We clean the outside of the car properly, including the sills, valances and areas that my not have even been cleaned for 3 years. An ordanary car wash never gets to these bits. These are often the very same areas which incur damage. Just because you don't see them, doesn't mean that a lease return inseptor will also miss them, they know all the places that tend to get scuffed and dented, just the same as a traffic warden knows all the side turnings where people think they can get away with parking on a double yellow line.
in the United Kingdom...
We detail all damage on the report and show the driver the excess wear and tear. We then give them the option to do the work themselves, get it done by another company, or let us do the work. All this is done in good time before the return date allowing drivers to make insurance claims or have work carried out under warranty.
So how do you go about taking advantage our service?
You could just send one of your drivers here to try us out, in which case you may want to point them to our 6 Step Guide which will guide them through the process.
Or maybe you want to bring the car yourself?
