We take the risk out of Smart Repair - by giving your money back if the repair is not good enough.

Any kind of repair will rarely ever be as good as the origional. We are honest about what Smart Repair can and cannot do, which is why we will always tell you in advance the kind of improvement a repair will make. For example, we may tell you that a dent repair will give you an 70% improvement, which is often good enough to make a repaired area acceptable - for example, you may have a dent which is difficult to get to, but if it is 16mm across and we reduce this to 6mm, then this should be acceptable to a lease for return.

Should we carry out a smart repair, and you feel that you just can't live with or is not acceptable to a lease company, then we will give you a full refund if you have a full repair done elsewhere (i.e. at a bodyshop). All you have to do is bring us the reciept for the full repair and we give you your money back.

Likewise, if we carry out a repair on a leased vehicle due for return, and you get recharged for damage we have repaired, we will refund you the cost of the repair.
