The above photo shows how the sun catches the light on the fine scratches on the right side of the bonnet - they are absent on the left side. These scratches are sometimes called spider-webs or cob-webs for obvious reasons.

The above photo shows how reflective the buffed and polished portion of the bonnet is. The lower section of the panel is oxidized and covered with dull dead paint as well as scratches.

The finished half of the bonnet wasn't perfect, buffing does not remove stone chips and some scratches are too deep to remove but there is still an amazing improvement. If you ever pop in to Clean Image, ask to see the bonnet (which is actually green). I think you will be impressed.
