Auto Buffing - Swirl marks and holograms.

Freshly buffed and looking good.

I took the car outside for final inspection. As you can see below, some holograms remained and could be seen under very harsh light... and as you can see by looking at the wheel and tyre, the light was very unkind on this particular evening.

So I took the rotary buffer, the black finishing pad and the soft cutting wax (which has a high carnauba content and works very well on dark cars giving extra depth of shine) and I continued until all holograms were removed.

A mirror finish and deep shine

The car was now swirl mark free, hologram free, and it's only a shame Danny forgot to polish the lens on the camera!
