History
We were founded in 1987 as a mobile valeting company called 'Clean
Image'. In 1991 we moved into a static site in Navigation Road
and began to take advantage of the fact that we had a roof over our heads,
doing various kinds of Smart Repair. In 2008 we
changed our name to 'New Again' to better reflect what we actually do, which
is make cars like new again.
With over 20 years experience, your car is safe in our hands -- We are fully
insured and should you require us to keep your vehicle overnight, our security
system is second to none.
Where
At the moment we are situated in Chelmsford - one day we plan to take over the world, but first we want to perfect what we do.
How
Our people are trained to keep value in mind and advise you accordingly. We don't up-sell for the sake of it, we will often talk our customers out of having work done which isn't economically viable or cost effective.
This is what sets us apart and makes us unique - we provide a complete service, not just a list of services.
We don't make promises we can't keep or make wild claims. It is our policy to under-promise and over deliver.
We won't twist your arm, we will advise you the best we can, give you as much information as you need and allow you to make the decision. We like our customers to be well informed about what we do and why... maybe that's why our website has over 1000 pages!
An answer to every problem.
We can't help everybody and there is a limit to what we can do. But we don't like to be a dead end! If we can't help we will try our best to point you in the direction of someone who can.
And to make it easier for you to use our unique services we can collect or deliver cars from anywhere in the world, arrange Accommodation, courtesy cars and we even provide a guide to things to do while you are in Chelmsford.

We now employ full and part time, around thirty honest, hardworking, enthusiastic people, who are passionate about what they do.
We now have a business dedicated to training both our people and our customers in all aspects of car care, safety and practicality.
We are looking forward to multiplying this, making it commonplace around the world.

Transparency & Honesty - What you see is what you get. We have no pretence to be something we are not, and no hidden agendas, we are happy to explain our methods and decisions.
Respect - We respect your decision to take or not take our recommendations.
Everything we do will be based on a long-term vision and mission, even at the expense of short-term financial gains.
Our Values in Practice:
If you recommend somebody to us, be it a friend, daughter, mother, or uncle, you can rest assured that they will receive the same service you did.
If you send someone to us and you are paying, maybe you scuffed someone's car and have offered to get it fixed. You can trust that we will deal with the matter, the same as if you were standing here.
Likewise, if you send people to us and you wish us to take short cuts, I'm afraid we won't do it.
We only provide repairs that are appropriate to the damage and the situation. We do not do temporary cover-ups, we don't think it fair that problems come back later for the new owner of the car, in fact we guarantee all our work.
