Step 5 - Getting the car ready for return

Your car should now be repaired, clean and odour free and ready for return to the lease company. All you will need to do is stay out of trouble until the day of the return!

You will either be delivering you car back to the dealership where you may also be picking up your new car, or they will collect it from your home or place of work.

If you left things later than 5 weeks (most people do!), then you can book your car in here and say goodbye to it. You can have the lease company collect the car from us once it is done - this option is useful for people who are traveling a distance to us because once they have dropped the car off they can pretty much forget about it. However, you must make all the arrangements and any car left here for longer than 3 days after we have finished working on it will be charged storage at £6.50 per day.

However, we don't make the decisions for you, just the recommendations, so if you have gone off into town (5min walk) while we inspected the vehicle, we suggest you come back to us so that we can explain your options so that you can make your decisions. Allow 2-3 hours for the whole process.
